Highlighted window: flow oscillates at a low average, pressure drops to zero, current falls to its no-load level, speed locks at maximum and temperature climbs. Dry-run protection then stops the pump.

imbrr compares operating measurements with each well’s baseline to help surface patterns that matter to your service team.

Walk through the diagnostics with us

Flow & water delivery

Dry run and low flow, potential leaks, blockage, and changes in well performance.

Pump behavior

Short cycling, excessive run time, efficiency changes, and gradual degradation.

Operating conditions

Pressure changes, freezing risk, and electrical measurements where the required sensors are available.

Available diagnostics depend on the device configuration, installed sensors, and sufficient operating data.

A service worth coming back to

Let’s talk through the details

Built around
your business.

A few things you might be wondering before we meet.

How does the subscription model work?

The opportunity is to offer your customers an ongoing monitoring service using imbrr devices and the servicer platform. You decide what your service includes and how to price it for your customers. We’ll discuss imbrr’s hardware and platform costs with you directly.

Does imbrr bill my customers for me?

You manage your customer subscriptions through your own billing process. The imbrr platform gives your team the monitoring data and diagnostic tools behind the service. We can talk through how it fits your business.

Can I monitor multiple customer wells?

Yes. The servicer platform brings assigned customer devices into a fleet view, including a map, connectivity, health, alerts, and flow deviation. You can open individual devices to review performance and diagnostic details.

Can alert settings vary by well?

Yes. The platform supports fleet alert preferences and device-level overrides, so you can tailor supported thresholds to a particular well or system.

What happens after an alert?

Your team can review the alert, acknowledge it, and mark it resolved. The diagnostic detail helps explain the triggering readings and baseline comparisons. You decide the appropriate follow-up with your customer.

Can imbrr fit the way my team works?

Yes. We can customize the hardware configuration and dashboard experience around the wells you service, the measurements you need, and your team’s workflow.

What does an installation involve?

The ultrasonic flow sensor attaches to the outside of the pipe near the pressure tank or cistern and connects to AC power and Wi-Fi. Pressure tank systems also use a sensor in the existing tank tee. We’ll build the right sensor configuration for each unique well.

What should we cover in a first conversation?

Tell us about your service area, typical well configurations, and the kind of monitoring service you’d like to offer. We’ll walk through the platform and discuss custom hardware, dashboard needs, setup, and ongoing service options.
